Exhibit Booth: You can choose from either a 10 x 6 or an 8 x 6 booth.  Each booth will have an identification sign, a 6-foot long table, which will be draped and skirted, 2 chairs and a wastebasket.  Approximately 30 days in advance of the show, Hollins Exposition Services will provide a complete Exhibitor Service Planner containing all the necessary order forms and instructions to aid in your preparation.

Additional information regarding setup time and booth assignments will be sent closer to the event.  Sponsors and members will receive first consideration on booth choice, but we will do our best to accommodate all vendors.

Liability
As a condition of placing exhibits at this event, each exhibitor agrees: (I) to take exclusive responsibility for the exhibitor’s exhibits and to maintain such exhibits and to conduct all exhibition activities in a safe and orderly fashion; (II) to take exclusive responsibility for any loss or damages of any kind to such exhibits by theft, vandalism, accident, casualty or any other occurrence in connection with the transportation, placing, display, removal and/or other disposition of such exhibits; and (III) to indemnify and hold harmless West Virginia Oil Marketers and Grocers Association, Inc. (OMEGA WV) and Glade Springs Resort from any and all claims, suits or other actions which may arise out of any loss, damage or personal injury, which is directly or indirectly connected with the placement of such exhibits, or exhibition activities conducted at this event by the exhibitor.

Note:  Unless you are a retailer or oil marketer, you must be an exhibitor or a sponsor ($900 or above) in order to attend this event and participate in the golf tournament and other activities.  There will be no exceptions!

Attendee Fees

  • Single Registration (two days of golf): $600      
  • Single Registration (one day of golf): $450          
  • Single Registration (no golf): $300                      
  • Additional Trade Expo Attendees $50


Note: Exhibitors are limited to two Trade Expo Booth Attendants.  If your booth requires more than two people, a $50 fee for each additional person will be added.  If you are registered for more than the Trade Expo, or have chosen an Exhibit Package, the additional fee for attending the Trade Expo will not be applied.  This does not include extra events such the reception or golf.
