Exhibit Space Order

Standard Exhibit Booth: This is the same booth that we have had available to you in years past.  You can choose from either a 10 x 6 or an 8 x 6 booth.  Each booth will have an identification sign, a 6-foot long table, which will be draped and skirted, 2 chairs and a wastebasket.  Approximately 30 days in advance of the show, Hollins Exposition Services will provide a complete Exhibitor Service Planner containing all the necessary order forms and instructions to aid in your preparation.

  • Fees:  Booth fees are $800 for members and $900 + WV Sales tax for non-members.  There will be a $100 discount for each additional booth.  

Golf Hole Display:  You will have a table along with 2 chairs that are placed on a golf tee.  Please keep in mind that space is limited and electricity will not be available to you.  You may choose either Wednesday or Thursday to display or opt for both.  If you would like to serve any alcoholic drinks on the hole, you must coordinate buying product directly from Glade Springs.  You will not be allowed to use your own alcoholic products.  

  • Fee:  Display fees are $1000 for members and $1100 + WV Sales tax for non-members per day.  If you wish to display both days of golf, a discount of 10% will be applied.

Attendees/Golfers

Note:  Unless you are a retailer or oil marketer, you must be an exhibitor or a sponsor ($800 or above) in order to attend this event and participate in the golf tournament and other activities.  There will be no exceptions!

Note: Exhibitors are limited to two Trade Expo Booth Attendants.  If your booth requires more than two people, a $50 fee for each additional person will be added.  If you are registered for more than the Trade Expo, this fee will not apply.
